The job responsibilities for the position at Starbucks Recruitment include:

  3. Performance Management: Setting goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and appraising employee performance. Addressing complaints, resolving problems, and providing coaching and counseling.
  4. Compliance and Operational Requirements: Ensuring partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements, maintaining store stability and reputation.
  5. Financial Management: Achieving financial objectives based on the annual budget, analyzing variances, managing store revenue, cash handling, deposit reconciliation, and inventory management.
  6. Sales and Stock Management: Analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales volumes, managing stock levels, and making decisions about stock control to maximize profits.
  7. Quality and Safety: Ensuring standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met.
  8. Market Awareness: Staying informed about market trends in the retail industry, customer initiatives, and monitoring local competitors.
  9. Store Meetings: Conducting regular store meetings to align and communicate with the team.

The eligibility criteria for Starbucks Recruitment are as follows:

  1. Education: Minimum 12th pass, ideally with a background in IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) or hotel management.
  2. Latte Art and Coffee Knowledge: Being an expert in latte art and having in-depth knowledge of coffee.
