This role is primarily focused on addressing inquiries, concerns, and questions from vendors in a clear, effective, and professional manner, both in written and oral communication. The role also involves providing timely and efficient assistance to Amazon Vendors, including the escalation of complex issues to appropriate channels. Developing a strong understanding of the platform and business is essential for better serving vendors. It is crucial to embody a positive and professional attitude consistently, effectively representing the company and adeptly handling any sensitive matters. The ability to manage time effectively, work autonomously utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures, and maintain a high standard of knowledge is key.
Contributing positively to the team environment and offering assistance to colleagues with challenging interactions are additional responsibilities. Meeting established benchmarks for performance, encompassing quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance, is vital. The role necessitates actively identifying solutions through logical reasoning, data analysis, and trend recognition, channeling insights and improvement suggestions through appropriate channels.
