Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Develop and manage views for various business data including dashboards and scorecards. Coordinate with MIS and analytics for data gathering.
• Data Analysis: Analyze work data to generate key insights on business, user quality, redemption funnels, and other mission-critical metrics.
• P&L Management: Serve as the single point of contact for consolidating and reviewing business P&L, understanding the levers to drive efficiency.
• Process/Program Management: Lead end-to-end process/program management, work on strategic partnerships, and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Program Management: Manage key projects involving the design of activity systems and tracking mechanisms.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Snowflake, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts for this profile.
