Job Description:

Swiggy Off Campus 2023 is currently hiring candidates for the position of Associate Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling sales charters for assigned cities based on agreed targets and promoting Swiggy’s presence in the market. Your primary responsibilities will include( Swiggy Mega Recruitment Drive ):

1. Signing contracts with restaurants and handling inquiries from existing and new clients.
2. Actively approaching restaurants to convert sales leads gathered from the market.
3. Maintaining strong relationships with restaurant owners and providing guidance on market-related issues, offering appropriate solutions (such as discounting strategies, menu enhancements, reducing cancellations, etc.).
4. Growing Swiggy’s revenue through upselling, cross-selling, ad investments, and other applicable channels.
5. Completing sales reporting activities, including competition intelligence, tracking partner visits, and staying updated on recent trends in the city you manage.
6. Acting as the first in command and handling potential clients when on the field.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates or Post Graduates with 0-6 months of experience in the sales domain or freshers.
• Knowledge of e-commerce activities or how the food delivery industry works is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

In order to excel in this role, the following skills are preferred:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, pleasing, and go-getter personality.
• Average communication skills in English, with effective local language skills being mandatory.
• Basic numerical skills, such as understanding growth and degrowth.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Self-motivated and driven by targets.
• Knowledge of MS Office or a similar suite is a plus.
