Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system backup, ensuring adherence to company IT policies.
Handle and maintain all IT infrastructure and support systems.
Address queries, escalations, and issues on applications from various customers on a day-to-day basis, providing regular IT operations support.
Ensure prompt addressing, documentation, and resolution of issues within SLA.
Provide first-level support for network and hardware-related issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory.
Review and take action on data security level issues.
Maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.

Requirements:

Graduate (Any Discipline).
Minimum experience of 2 years.
Experience in remote infrastructure support and IT service.
Good troubleshooting skills in networking, operating systems, and software.
