The TCS NQT (National Qualifier Test)
- is a yearly recruitment examination organized by Tata Consultancy Services, a global IT services company. This test evaluates candidates’ technical, cognitive, and communication skills and serves as a pathway for entry-level recruitment across various TCS job positions. Being an adaptive test, the NQT adjusts question difficulty based on the candidate’s performance, making it a competitive assessment. Successful NQT candidates can progress to subsequent stages of TCS hiring, including interviews and group discussions.
- The TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT) offers a platform for candidates to showcase their abilities to top corporate organizations. Candidates have the option to demonstrate their aptitude skills, domain-specific knowledge, or work values. These tests occur every 2-4 weeks and are conducted at TCS exam centers.
- The TCS NQT Scorecard displays a candidate’s performance in each test section. Using their TCS NQT Scores, candidates can apply for job opportunities in various companies that accept these scores, either through the TCS website or the respective company’s website.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The TCS NQT is open to pre-final or final year students from any stream or degree.
- Students graduating between 2018 and 2024, seeking job opportunities, can apply for the TCS NQT.
- Working professionals with up to two years of experience are also eligible to apply for the TCS NQT.
