Courses and Discipline:

• Eligible Degrees: BCA, B.Sc (IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Cyber Security, Biochemistry), B.Voc in CS/IT.
• Eligible Batches: 2023 & 2024.

Academic Requirements:

• Minimum Percentage: 50% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) in Class 10th, Class 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and Graduation.
• Backlogs:
  • Batch of 2023: No backlogs at the time of selection process. Course must be completed within the stipulated duration.
  • Batch of 2024: One active backlog is permitted during the selection process. Course must be cleared within the stipulated time without any backlogs for joining.
• Education Gap: Total academic gap should not exceed 24 months up to the highest qualification. Relevant documentation required.
• Extended Education: Course must be completed within the stipulated time without any backlogs.
• Course Types: Only full-time courses considered. NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) candidates eligible if other courses are full-time.
• Age: 18 to 28 years.
• Work Experience: Role is for entry-level. Prior work experience must be declared and supported with documents during the selection process.

Job Profiles & Responsibilities:

Technical Writers:

• Documentation Creation: Create complex technical documents (feature descriptions, installation guides, release notes).
• Collaboration: Work with senior writers, content strategists, and other stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Understanding: Communicate the functionality and importance of products/technologies.
• Content Management: Use Red Hat tools for content inventory, organization, and publication.
• Content Analytics: Review analytics to understand customer impact and influence content creation.
• Customer Feedback: Address content gaps and respond to feedback.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on offerings, use cases, and support issues.

Software Development Engineer:

• Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of quality, performance, security, and reliability.
• Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and deploy software components and features.
• Collaboration: Work with product and development teams.
• Best Practices: Ensure work is secure, testable, maintainable, low-defects, and efficient.
• Independent Work: Work independently and within a team to deliver software successfully.
