Job Responsibilities:
As a Security Solutions Engineer at Tech Mahindra, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Implement security controls and design security architectures based on agreed specifications.
- Independently gather and analyze customer requirements.
- Interpret customer requirements under guidance.
- Work with multi-vendor security technologies.
- Analyze gaps in security infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and support security products for various customers.
- Ensure compliance with client security standards and processes, including IT Risk Assessment Methodology and security architecture approval.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends related to network security products and services.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Preferred Skills:
- Passionate about customer care.
- Good typing skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Fast learner with the ability to work towards set targets.
- Time flexibility to work in a rotational shift system, including holidays and weekends.
