Technical Graduate Apprentice (Internship) at Cisco

Cisco is hiring for the role of Technical Graduate Apprentice – India UHR. As an intern, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, troubleshoot, and debug hardware/software programs for enhancements and new products. This may involve working with operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and internet-related tools.
2. Identify, record, document, and track bugs, and actively participate in the release process through QA confirmation, post-release testing, and daily product stand-up meetings.
3. Monitor application performance and network performance, ensuring optimal user interface experience and network efficiency.
4. Implement Cisco’s leading-edge technologies globally, providing optimization services to large networks and customers.
5. Consult with customers to understand network requirements and propose designs that meet business needs, addressing a wide range of technologies and finding the best solutions.
6. Perform change management procedures, both automated and manual deployments, and troubleshoot technical issues in SaaS environments.
7. Evaluate analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions to determine operational feasibility.
8. Develop documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. Collaborate on solution design, execution, and business testing, documenting business requirements.

Requirements:

1. Graduated in 2022 or 2023 and obtained a degree certificate or PDC (Provisional Degree Certificate).
2. Available for a 12-month period starting in August 2023.
3. Enrolled as a ‘Student’ on mhrdnats.gov.in with a valid student enrollment number issued by NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme).
4. Good communication skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to learn with proactive engagement in a team.
