Job Description:

• Flexible Work Schedule: Work in your own time whenever tasks are available, though most tasks are during specific “office” hours (10 AM to 6 PM local time).
• Weekly Hours: Up to 10-30 hours per week depending on task availability.
• Task Variety: The project offers a variety of task types.
• Pay Rate: $3.5 USD per hour.

Skills Required:

• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in Hindi.
  • Must have been living in India for the last 3 consecutive years.
• Attention to Detail:
  • Ability to read and follow guidelines with high attention to detail.
• Communication Skills:
  • Ability to make phone calls using a personal phone and/or call center software to collect information regarding businesses.
  • Good business phone etiquette is vital.
  • Headset or headphone with a microphone is required.
• Research Skills:
  • Ability to complete research online using search engines, online maps, and website information.
• Cultural Awareness:
  • Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in India.
• Other Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Gmail must be your primary email.
  • Must own and use a desktop/laptop and/or smartphone to complete tasks.
  • Access to and use of a broadband internet connection, all provided at your own expense.
