Title of Position:
Technical Support Analyst
Work-related obligations:
Accept incoming calls from end users, incidents, and emails, and answer right away.
To find previously created solutions and patterns, use search tools.
Investigate issues and analyse them to identify their causes and potential remedies.
Give end users access to the knowledge base’s recognised solutions.
help end users execute solutions successfully.
To ensure a prompt resolution, track, monitor, and maintain incident progress.
Support and troubleshooting services for the Windows, Linux, SQL, and mainframe operating systems.
Knowledge of disc array architecture, networking principles, and host software (MVS, VM, etc.) should be demonstrated.
Knowledge of cloud computing systems like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is useful.
An advantage would be certification and familiarity with Teradata databases.
Needs qualification:
a GPA of at least 7.0 or 70% and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a field related to electronics.
expertise with mainframe, Linux, SQL, Windows, and other operating systems.
knowledge of networking principles, disc array architecture, and host software.
It is useful to be familiar with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Teradata Database knowledge and certification are advantages.
Preferable abilities:
clear comprehension of development procedures and contractual policies.
For the preparation and delivery of presentations, you’ll need strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent people skills are necessary for productive customer interactions.
strong teamwork and facilitation abilities.
proficiency at using a personal computer to do analyses.
flexibility in a workplace with multiple managers.
Associate’s degree in electronics technology or computer science.
knowledge of Intel-based computer hardware architectures conceptually.
