Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage projects for the Marketing team, overseeing the delivery of a substantial volume of content and design pieces.
• Attend and actively participate in squad meetings to work towards achieving team objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand deliverables and requirements for content and design pieces.
• Brief external agencies or individuals on project expectations, ensuring a clear understanding of goals and creative needs.
• Track the performance and output of delivered content and design pieces in collaboration with Content specialists.
• Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and refine strategies accordingly.
• Champion AI innovation within your direct squad and the entire Marketing department.
• Collaborate closely with your manager to define AI strategy and implementation across all squads.

Skills and Requirements:

• Good organizational skills and excellent English written and communication skills.
• Strong time and project management skills, including prioritizing and scheduling.
• Proficiency in project management tools, especially Jira.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy and eager to continuously learn about new developments, especially around AI.
• Strategic mindset to contribute to the development and implementation of AI strategies within the Marketing team.
• Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of iteration of an early-stage startup.
• Numerically adept and capable of interpreting data insights effectively.
