Job Responsibilities:
As a member of the team at Thomson Reuters, your job responsibilities will include:
Order management: Managing the order process for select products by entering orders into specialist permissioning or electronic fulfillment systems. Ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
Escalation management: Escalating any delays in the order process to internal groups, including senior members of the team, as appropriate.
Quality and productivity: Being accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity in order management.
Customer queries and communication: Managing internal customer queries and communication in a professional and service-minded manner. Ensuring that customer requirements are met and attending team meetings.
Online maintenance: Taking responsibility for online maintenance tasks, including lapsing subscriptions and addressing access-related issues.
Billing support: Assisting the billing team in validating online invoices and portals.
Email monitoring: Monitoring the group email account to ensure that requests are actioned and completed within agreed turnaround times.
Customer master data: Creating and modifying customer master data as required.
Performance targets: Meeting agreed volume, service, and quality targets in order management.

Qualification required:
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
A graduate or post-graduate degree in a related field such as commerce or accounting.
Preferred skills:
In addition to the qualification requirements, the following skills are preferred for this position:
Good data interpretation skills: Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
Working knowledge of computer systems: Familiarity with computer systems, including knowledge of SAP and Sales force, is advantageous.
Customer focus: Strong focus on meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.
Prioritization and attention to detail: Ability to prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail in order management.
Aptitude for learning: High ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Independence and multitasking: Ability to work independently on multiple activities, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues appropriately.
Flexibility in working shifts: Willingness to work night shifts as required.
