- Basic knowledge of using computers and familiarity with Microsoft tools like Word and Excel.

- Customer service and support mindset.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
