Uniphore is hiring candidates for the post of HR Operations Specialist.

Uniphore off Campus Job Responsibilities:
The HR Operations Specialist / Senior HR Operations Specialist is responsible for end-to-end HR customer support throughout the employee life cycle, works with the global HR, support teams and business stakeholders to build more process strength and capability.
The role provides support in curating global HR policies and process innovation, solutions to drive to global process consistency, standardization, automation, and employee data quality, provide expertise and support to core HR systems, process design, data accuracy, analytics and integrations with internal stakeholders / external vendors.
Consult with HR and Business leaders to research, document, implement and execute new and / or revised HR programs and systems.
Proactively analyze and present information and data in a context appropriate to evaluate ongoing programs, strategic priorities and company directives.

Uniphore off Campus Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree from any stream.

Preferred skill:
Strong level of HR process knowledge and expertise.
Proficient in Workday HRIS.
Knowledge in Darwin Box HRIS tool desirable.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high paced HR shared services environment.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
