Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for small business owners, addressing their inbound queries, understanding their needs, and offering insurance products available on upcover’s platform.
• Assist business owners throughout their insurance buying journey, providing guidance and support.
• Participate in a comprehensive four-week training program to gain proficiency in the insurance products offered by upcover. Upon completion of training and probation, undertake the RG146 qualification (fully funded by upcover) to comply with local regulations governing the provision of general advice on insurance products.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence using facts, data, and information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to grasp complex legal and contractual concepts.
• Proficiency in computer literacy.
