Required Skills:

• Minimum number of diploma holders.
• One to two years of experience.
• Experience working remotely on Singapore time rear office.
• Productive team member with strong communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of expressing yourself clearly.
• Results-driven and customer-focused; capable of working independently, sometimes under duress.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Google or Microsoft Excel sheets (including pivot tables, lookups, and data tables).
• Fluency in the English language.
• Capable of working both independently and successfully in a group.

Job Profile & Responsibilities of Operations Executive:

• General Operations Tasks: Participate in processing tasks such as document management, account servicing, and customer onboarding.
• Loan Processing: Prior experience in processing loans, including loan applications, disbursements, repayments, refunds, credit administration, etc., is advantageous.
• SLA Compliance: Ensure tasks are processed promptly and on time according to the promised Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Regulatory Compliance: Verify that procedures and controls adhere to internal and regulatory rules.
• Issue Reporting: Ensure timely and efficient reporting and resolution of potential problems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders (Credit, Front Office, Compliance, etc.) to complete necessary processing and address any issues.
• Inquiry Response: Respond to inquiries about operational procedures
