Vestas Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Supplier, Site, and Factory NC’S End-to-End Handling.
- Responsible for Cost Recovery (COPQ) involved in the NC’s.
- Responsible for Identifying and driving Quality Improvement Projects (QIP’s) for solving critical and recurring issues.
- Responsible for the preparation and circulation of Quality Reports.
- Responsible for the Validation of 8D’s and problem-solving using Quality Tools.
Vestas Off-Campus Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing.
- 0-1 Years of Experience in the Manufacturing Sector.
Preferred skill:
- Certification in Six Sigma will be an added Advantage.
- Knowledge of Problem Solving DMIAC, Problem Solving, and Quality Tools.
- Good Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Macros.
- Good and Fluent Communication Skills (Oral & Written).
- Good Communication – Verbal and Non-Verbal Skills.
- Multi-Tasking.
- Good Team Player.
