Virtusa Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and delight customers by exceeding their expectations.
- Ensure logical and meaningful extraction of content.
- Ensure 100% SLA adherence and process compliance.
- Develop domain expertise and think like an SME. Challenge what seems not right.
- Have good knowledge of websites and how to navigate to obtain desired information.
- Possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Language Standard: Versant Level 3 Communication Test Score of 70 for Reading and Writing.
- Should be able to write a grammatically correct essay of 150-200 words in 20 mins or less.
- Be proactive and an organized team player.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) platforms such as Google Ads (AdWords) and Bing Ads will be an added advantage.
- Engineering candidates (any stream) will not be considered for this role.
Virtusa Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate from any stream.
Preferred skills:
- Good communication skills and verbal skills.
- Must have experience in application performance monitoring and optimizing.
- Experience using version control and defect tracking systems.
