Visa Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in release planning, change control, reviews while leading risks thoughtfully and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules.
• Lead Qualys and VVMS remediation and patching for protecting Production environment from cyber attacks.
• Collaborate with various partners day in and out for a successful release to production.
• Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.
• Champion developing automation for release management.
• Collaborate across global business and technology organizations, providing sound analysis and change leadership.
• Build and maintain strong internal customer relationships as this position will work with Business Partners, internal staff, and system integrators every day to ensure quality assurance is performed in alignment with global initiatives and requirements across the enterprise.
• Provide comprehensive consultation to team members regarding long and short-range release delivery requirements and recommend innovations anticipating the future directions of both business and information technology.
• Provide governance and technical guidance on software components registered for release vehicles. Need to have a detailed understanding of web applications, database, and infrastructure and configuration management to provide risk analysis on release provided to the product team on business decisions.
• Drive the implementation of tested product changes, coordinate and plan new product builds and releases.
• Technically lead product improvement opportunities with senior partners to ensure product environment reliability, resilience, and security.
• Provide technical resolution support, specific to product issues, identifies, resolves, and coordinates partners to determine accurate problem definitions.
• Maintain direct knowledge of all product technical processes and the status of vital release activities. Propose product improvements and innovation.
• Develop and maintain a high degree of system knowledge of the products.
• Be an agent of change, adopting new and innovative technology.

Visa Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
