Job Responsibilities:
- Process new activation documents for both prepaid and postpaid services.
- Approve SIM exchange requests within the specified time frame by verifying customer documents.
- Ensure compliance with document requirements and actively identify fraudulent activities.
- Manage retailers and document pick-up partners, providing effective training on document screening.
- Provide support for TERM (Telecom Enforcement, Resource, and Monitoring) requirements as needed.
Qualification Required:
- Any graduate from any stream.
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months of relevant experience.
- Diversity candidates are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to influence and gain buy-in from the cluster sales team on decisions.
- Quick thinking to take immediate steps to resolve urgent issues and challenges within specified timelines.
- Ability to collaborate with partner teams to ensure successful project deliveries and provide support to other functions.
- Diligent and effective in handling responsibilities.
