Job Description
Vodafone Off Campus 2023 is hiring campaigners for the post of Network Operations mastermind.

Job liabilities
Follows the network operations processes to deliver tasks to support the prosecution of network operations including design inductions, system conditions, incident operation and cost base operation; functional excellence;

Supports the platoon to deliver conditioning related, but not limited to preventative conservation and acceptance tests;
Ensures other conditioning are conducted according to the loftiest position of operations norms in line with KPIs,(e.g. making sure planned outages do n’t exceed the given time limit)

Delivers tasks relating to streamlining client Care/ Account/ Service directors in line with process and icing client SLA delivery, service vacuity, quality and durability assurance; Uses communication chops to change ideas and information in a terse and logical way to support the delivery of end to end client Service assurance with focus on high vacuity, minimal restoration times and client operation;
Provides support to help maintain solid relations with merchandisers and mates;

assistances associates to insure the vacuity, performance and scalability of the network systems and to support the achievement of the network operations strategy;
Performs assigned tasks in support of connection of the Service Assurance function for IT and Networks,( incidents, problem and change operation) for both fixed and mobile;

Performs assigned tasks related to planning, scheduling, enforcing and testing new services, new features and network expansions;
Performs other job-affiliated duties or tasks defined by the administrator or performing from assigned dockets.
