Job Description: Enterprise People Technology – HRIS Associate

People Technology is a key pillar within Walmart Global Tech’s Enterprise Business Services, which provides service operations and technology solutions across Finance, People, and the Associate Digital Experience.

Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Management: Keeping Employee Life Cycle information up to date on HRIS Tools.
  • Post-Offer Process: Managing the post-offer process, including drafting and extending offers to selected candidates, and escalating offer-related issues to senior management or other pertinent stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Support: Providing support by overseeing the requisition posting process, maintaining communication with recruiters throughout the hiring process, supplying documentation to recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams, and handling candidate reimbursements through recruitment systems (e.g., expenses, relocation).
  • Policy Adherence: Ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing relevant action plans, embracing the Open Door Policy, and consistently applying these principles in the execution of business processes and practices.
  • Work Assignments: Meeting work assignments and priorities by leveraging policies, data, and available resources, collaborating effectively with managers, colleagues, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, executing tasks efficiently, communicating progress and information, proposing strategies to address improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change, challenges, and feedback.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

0 to 1.5 years
