Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Associate, Customer Analytics, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing a deep understanding of key business metrics and creating common business intelligence platforms for internal data utilization.
2. Collaborating with different teams to provide analytical support for enhancing customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, and retention initiatives.
3. Writing programming code and working with developers and database administrators to prepare data tables for analysis.
4. Analyzing, modeling, and validating data for standard and ad hoc requests.
5. Supporting the setup and execution of measurement plans based on Design of Experiment methodologies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Exposure to the Data Analytics field.
2. Proficiency in querying databases using SQL and familiarity with MS Excel.
3. Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI.
4. Knowledge of programming using Python is desirable.
5. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this position.
