- Analyze and understand client expectations by reviewing requirement-gathering and elicitation documents.
- Deliver project requirements as per client specifications.
- Support data collection and analysis for the assigned stream of work.
- Create necessary documentation and manuals such as project documents, installation guidelines, and operating guidelines.
- Execute functional tests to validate the accuracy of the solution and evaluate the results.
- Contribute to the development of reusable components and knowledge management practices within the organization.
- Develop case studies and archive tools based on the learnings from projects.
- Build subject matter expertise in the specialized area.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 50% in 10th Standard and 12th Standard.
- Minimum 50% or 5.0 GPA in Graduation as per respective University Guidelines.
- Graduated in 2020 or 2021.
- Completed B.E./B.Tech in any stream.
- Possess a government-issued disability certificate with a disability percentage of 40% and above.
- Full-time degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
- No pending arrears or backlogs at the time of the selection process.
Preferred skill:
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive and positive approach to tasks.
- Ability to handle inappropriate content with maturity and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using internet websites and social communication tools.
Selection Process:
- Online Assessment consisting of two sections:
- Verbal & Analytical Aptitude Test (36 questions/44 minutes)
- Programming Test (20 minutes)
- The programming test will assess the candidate’s ability to identify and fix bugs in a given code. It will include questions related to syntactical error correction, logical error correction, and code reuse by completing the given code with existing functions/helper code.
