- Answer incoming calls and respond to customers’ emails promptly.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors as required.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive product and service information to customers.
- Utilize available resources to research and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using relevant software and tools.
- Route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and domains for specialized support.
- Document all call information following standard operating procedures.
- Identify and report trends in customer calls to the management team.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new issues and their resolutions.
- Maintain thorough call logs and prepare detailed reports as needed.
