Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of online maps and their uses for navigation and information.
• Familiarity with Google/Apple Maps would be an added advantage.
• Ability to adapt to new projects, both short-term and long-term.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and strive for productivity and efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Willingness to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex problems.
• Flexibility to work in shift-based schedules, including night shifts, and willingness to work from the office.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Candidate Profile: :

• Proficiency in using desktop/laptop computer systems.
• Familiarity with MS Excel/Spreadsheet & PowerPoint/Slides.
• Good comprehension skills with the ability to address customer issues effectively.
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work tasks for productivity.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (Maps).
• Graduates are eligible to apply, but postgraduates are not.
