Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing the technical scope of the project in line with requirements at all stages.
• Gathering information from various sources (data warehouses, databases, data integration, and modeling) and interpreting patterns and trends.
• Developing record management processes and policies.
• Building and maintaining relationships at all levels within the client base and understanding their requirements.
• Providing sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to the client base.
• Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
• Setting up and maintaining automated data processes.
• Identifying, evaluating, and implementing external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
• Producing and tracking key performance indicators.
• Analyzing datasets and providing adequate information.
• Liaising with internal and external clients to fully understand data content.
• Designing and carrying out surveys and analyzing survey data as per customer requirements.
• Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets relating to the customer’s business and preparing reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
• Creating data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and providing sector and competitor benchmarking.
• Mining and analyzing large datasets, drawing valid inferences, and presenting them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
• Developing predictive models and sharing insights with clients as per their requirements.
