- Troubleshoot day-to-day incidents and problems reported by users and provide timely updates in the ticket logging tool.
- Resolve desktop/laptop OS issues.
- Install, reinstall, configure, and troubleshoot systems, printers, and scanners.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software/applications.
- Install and configure e-mail clients.
- Install antivirus software and check virus definition auto-updates on desktops/laptops that have failed automatic updates.
- Possess desktop technical support skills and basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrate problem-solving capability in handling laptop/desktop hardware from vendors like Wipro, IBM, HP, Dell, and others.
- Ability to quickly analyze and diagnose technical problems.
