Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process Management: Handle vendor invoices and credit card receipts in Precoro (PO System) and/or Netsuite (Accounting Software).
• Reconciliation Tasks: Match corporate credit card spend/receipts in Netsuite with CC statements on a monthly basis.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain vendor files and records, ensuring proper documentation is up to date, named, and saved.
• Inbox Management: Manage multiple inboxes for incoming invoices and receipts from vendors and employees.
• Vendor Communication: Respond to vendor inquiries and address issues related to invoices.
• Month-End Support: Assist with month-end closing procedures, including preparing monthly account reconciliations and providing support to the accounting team.
• Audit Participation: Support external and internal audit requirements related to accounts payable.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience as an Accounts Payables (A/P) clerk.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements pertaining to accounts payable.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Suite, Netsuite (or similar EFT software), and Precoro (or similar PO system).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
