Responsibilities for Candidates:

  1. Deliver Technical Support and Conduct Online Demos and Customer Training: As a Technical Support Engineer, candidates will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers. This includes delivering support, conducting online demonstrations, and providing training to customers on Zoho’s products and services.
  2. Perform Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Candidates will need to engage with customers to gather their requirements and analyze their needs. This involves understanding customer queries, issues, and challenges to provide accurate and effective solutions.
  3. Respond to RFI Requests and Ensure Timely Follow-up: Candidates will be required to respond to Request for Information (RFI) requests from potential customers. They should ensure timely follow-up with contacts, addressing their inquiries and providing necessary information to support the sales process.
  4. Deliver Accurate and Timely Solutions to Customers and Provide POC to Leads: Candidates should be capable of delivering precise and prompt solutions to customers’ technical issues or challenges. They may also need to provide proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations to leads to showcase the capabilities and effectiveness of Zoho’s solutions.

Requirements for Candidates:

  1. Qualification: Candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech or any graduate degree from a recognized university.
  2. Excellent Written and Spoken English: Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively engaging with customers and providing support.
  3. Proficient in Offering Phone-based Support to US and UK Customers: Candidates should be proficient in providing technical support over the phone to customers located in the US and UK regions. This requires clear communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely.
  4. Experience in Client-facing Roles: Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in client-facing roles, such as customer support or technical support, are preferred. This experience demonstrates their ability to interact with customers and handle their queries effectively.
  5. Open to Relocation and Working Night Shifts: Candidates should be open to relocation, if required, as well as working night shifts as per business requirements.
  6. Interested in Learning New Technologies: Being open to learning new technologies is an important attribute as candidates will need to stay updated with the latest advancements in Zoho’s products and services to provide effective support.
