Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
• Act as the first contact for assigned accounts, addressing various inquiries and providing support.

Sales Planning and Execution:

• Create and execute different sales strategies to meet sales goals, track sales performance indicators, and examine data to spot patterns.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop promotional strategies, pricing policies, and trade incentives to drive sales growth.

Channel Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels at wholesalers, distributors, and retailers to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.

Market Intelligence:

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses of assigned accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• FMCG background with previous sales experience in the spice category will be preferred.

Skills and Requirements:

• 1 year of previous job experience in relevant general trade.
• Passionate about the mission and customer support.
• Highly entrepreneurial and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong attention to detail and approach.
• Ideal candidates will be extremely flexible with scheduling, willing to work on weekends and occasionally holidays in lieu of week-offs on weekdays.
