Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide support for Laptops, printers, and basic MS Teams phone support.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications (Win 10, MacBook, Office 365, Outlook, DLP, backup tools).
• Utilize technical support tools and perform OS imaging (VPN, SCCM).
• Handle MS Teams telephony-related issues.
• Troubleshoot domain connectivity and outlook-related issues.
• Configure and support MacBooks.
• Support for mobile devices – Android and iOS, proficiency in MDM tools.
• Install and support printers, VC equipment, Zoom equipment, boardroom setup.
• Provide support for web conferencing applications – Zoom, Skype, WebEx, MS Teams.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
• Perform level 1 troubleshooting for LAN and wireless connectivity.
• Support the roll-out of new applications and software.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles and address password issues.
• Handle file server and file share access and related issues.
• Troubleshoot ZS Application-related issues.
• Provide support for data center maintenance activities.
• Monitor email alerts and collaborate with other teams to solve problems.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as initiating hardware repairs, assisting with organizational efforts, and asset management.
• Maintain and review documentation, including records of purchase items, costs, deliveries, and IT equipment inventories.
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with users, vendors, and other professionals.
• Be flexible with work timings and shifts.
• Travel as needed by projects.

Requirements:

• BS/BE with a record of high academic achievement.
• A+ certification or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator.
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed (both within India and internationally) for projects.
• Candidates must possess work authorization in India.
