Serve as Product Specialized Critic on Zycus Procurement operations( Source to Pay)
Work on all aspects of Zycus Support office and be the first point of Contact for guests having queries issues related to Zycus products & be available on dispatch/ converse/ call mediums for the client concerns
Work with the Technical Account Management Team to insure deliverables are on- time, increase effectiveness and resoluteness issues for guests by coordinating with multiple brigades from Zycus & client side to achieve client Satisfaction
share and contribute to stylish practices( tools process), knowledge sharing & find ways to automate and conceit
new effects to enhance client experience, reduce homemade sweats and suggest new processes
Work with guests and internal stakeholders while sharing and easing testing including stoner Acceptance Testing
Evaluate and suggest innovative results and workarounds for client conditions
Work efficiently on, Zycus products configuration, Incident Management Tools, MS- Excel,etc.
give strong specialized understanding of Zycus product with the capability to bandy and demonstrate the Zycus Solution and how it may be configured to meet a client’s business requirements.
Zycus off Campus Eligibility Criteria
Education MBA/ Engineering Graduate(B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electronics IT/ Computer wisdom
Experience position 0- 1 times
Preferred skill
Strong written and verbal communication chops.
amenability to work in 24 X 7 shifts
Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn new tools & ways to break business problems.
Capability to unite with colorful internal and external stakeholders
Capability to learn, execute and exceed. Multitask and work with precedences.
