Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, modify, debug, and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional, and technical design specifications.
• Follow Amdocs software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology, and release processes to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable. Demo the software products to stakeholders.
• Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.
• Work within a team, collaborate, and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions. Work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.
• Actively look for innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Design and develop innovative solutions to integrate Dynatrace into the customer environment and make it a part of their day-to-day operations.
• Ensure and document the full deployment of Dynatrace products in a customer environment.
• Dynatrace Database Health Analysis.
• Configuration of pure path, collector, and agent for Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of APIs and integrations.
• Generate and analyze thread Dump.
• Hands-on expertise in other monitoring tools like Solarwinds, PRTG, Splunk, etc.
