Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Keep track of the status of each associated bookable and save all the data in the database system.
• Book flights and check-in customers on flights according to instructions.
• Identify the best accommodation options in our destinations that meet the Journee bar.
• Compete with partner prices with accommodation providers and book them for our customers.
• Negotiate with experience providers on behalf of Journee.
• Actively manage cancellations and re-bookings in case of any changes or charges/penalties.
• Assist in writing the final itinerary used by our customers to explore their mystery destination.
• Research the best things to see and do in destinations around the world.

Skills and Requirements:

• Attention to detail and a low tolerance for mistakes.
• Extremely organized, structured, and deadline-driven approach.
• Ability to follow processes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Strong written English and overall communication skills.
• A traveler with an eye for interesting places and exceptional travel experiences.
• Prior experience in travel is a bonus for candidates.
• Prior experience of handling large sums of user money is a bonus (but not essential).
