Job Description:

Role: Query Management – Customer Service Technology Support Associate

Location: Gurugram

Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience: 0 to 1 year

Responsibilities:

As a Query Management – Customer Service Technology Support Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in our Customer Support vertical.

Your main tasks include effectively addressing customer queries, managing escalations, handling complaints, and ensuring satisfactory resolutions for dissatisfied customers.

You’ll work towards meeting fault and complaint closure targets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Being a vital part of the Query Management team, you’ll provide inbound/outbound call and email/chat support to resolve customer issues.

This role is aligned with our Customer Service Technology Support team, which specializes in providing technical assistance for specific systems, software, infrastructure, and troubleshooting technical problems.
