Atos Off Campus Responsibilities:

• End to end tracking of Software and Leased assets (procurement to disposal) and management of the IT asset database.
• Management of Lease contracts and ensuring optimization in terminations, returns, and extensions, as well as compliance (on-time payments to avoid late fees).
• Management of Software License Keys and ensuring timely delivery to avoid risking production environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data, problem identification and resolution, and ability to effectively communicate issues to management and work to resolution.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data from multiple sources.
• Complete internal audits of asset records to ensure accuracy (status, location, etc.)
• Self-starter that can collaborate actively within ALM team and with others in cross-functional towers.
• Implement and maintain Asset Management policies and procedures.
• Ensure that License key delivery and leases are managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Should be able to apply basic finance and accounting principles to daily tasks.
• Back up for Account Payable, ensure that invoices received match contracts from Vendors.
• Regularly communicates with internal personnel verbally and via email.

Atos Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred skill:

• Experience in the development of IT Asset Lifecycle Management processes.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Extreme detail-oriented in all aspects of work.
• Ability to understand and interpret KPIs, SLAs, and other IT service performance metrics as related to Asset Life Cycle Management and perform within the contract requirements.
• Ability to work as an effective team member as well as a self-motivated individual contributor. Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time and with minimal supervision, this role requires a self-starter.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize working in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert level use of Excel in working with multiple large data sources to combine for use in problem resolution.
• Has work experience with software companies or have worked in a procurement department licensing computer software and/or hardware.
• Focused on planning ahead and managing time well.
• Versatility, flexibility and processing of information quickly. Able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong bilingual skills (English/Spanish) in both written and verbal communications.
