• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Pay close attention to detail and maintain a meticulous approach to work.
• Utilize analytical skills and familiarity with Excel for data-driven decision-making.
• Be flexible with scheduling, including the ability to work rotating shifts.

• 0-3 years of relevant job experience in business operations.
