Key Responsibilities:

• Report Preparation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client/internal reports.
• Performance Reporting: Create weekly performance/KPI reports and maintain performance dashboards.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for management reporting needs.
• Report Automation: Assist in automating reports by designing macros.
• Exception Management: Key daily exception requests and update schedules.
• Cross-Training: Cross-train with Scheduling Analyst to ensure coverage and continuity.
• Break Optimization: Optimize breaks the day of or the day before the actual schedule.
• Schedule Management: Schedule ad-hoc intra-day training requests and update schedules.
• Meeting Attendance: Attend centralized and/or site management meetings as required.
• Incentive Data Preparation: Prepare monthly performance data for incentives for Operations.
• Tracker Maintenance: Maintain and update trackers for ongoing programs and projects.
• Tool Optimization: Optimize use of tools/technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Abnormality Identification: Highlight data abnormalities in datasets beforehand.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve escalated issues and requests from account management.
• RnR Data Preparation: Prepare performance data for Operations & Client Recognition and Rewards (RnRs).
