Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish, manage, and maintain partnerships with various departments, researchers, and programs, as well as other resources. • Research various topics, compile, prepare, and compose analyses, data, and documents in support of the specialized focus area assigned to you. • Assist Program Leaders in work planning, assignment, and scheduling for all team members while maintaining quality. • Identify user needs for assigned programs, determine potential solutions, and resolve or redirect appropriately. • Handle sensitive issues and facilitate collaboration with other teams.

Skills and Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree from a fully accredited university is required. • A Master’s degree in any specialization would be a plus. • Fluent in English language. • Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience working within a virtual team. • Experience either attending or working directly with Business Schools in India or the APAC region with at least 3 years of experience. • Experience in EdTech and/or Higher Education will be given preference.
