Job Roles and Responsibilities:

For Content Writer Intern:

• Write meaningful content about finance, mutual funds, stocks, and personal finance-related topics following editorial guidelines.
• Conduct research to identify online communities, trending topics, and new content ideas for the Groww content repository.

For Associate – Growth (User Engagement):

• User engagement role in the Growth & Retention team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive engagement activities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research skills to identify industry-related topics and knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Attention to detail, quick to spot grammatical errors, and rectify them.
• Good coordination skills, taking end-to-end ownership of tasks.
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Ensure consistency and relevancy of content in terms of style, fonts, images, and grammar.
• Excellent creative skills to generate fresh ideas and content, familiarity with AI.
• Ability to convert content ideas into action.
• Identify content gaps and enhance content accordingly.
