Position Overview:
The Trainee, Expense AP role involves overseeing the management of service delivery provided by the HBC India team for the company’s Accounts Payable process related to processing Expense invoices. This includes tasks such as handling invoice receipts, approvals, processing, and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure efficient payment processing.

Key Responsibilities as a Trainee, Expense AP:
- Process expense invoices, check requests, and expense reports on a regular basis.
- Review, code, and accurately process vendor invoices.
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Manage a large number of vendor accounts while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Enter accounts payable data.
- Review and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Audit and process credits.
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries.
