Job Responsibilities:
- Establish productive relationships with branch staff at the bank to optimize business opportunities.
- Educate bank’s branch staff about insurance products and provide training, enabling them to understand customer needs and suggest suitable life insurance products.
- Train bank branch staff in selling insurance products, aiding them in generating revenue.
- Offer guidance to bank’s branch staff in addressing customer concerns, resolving queries, and maintaining consistent business quality.
- Ensure that business generated through bank’s branch staff aligns with quality metrics.
- Exercise vigilance to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline.
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with 0 – 2 years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Effective communication and verbal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
