Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar code bases and debug server-side, multi-threaded, and highly scalable applications.
• Experience in working with Windows system-level programming and developing device drivers.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and work well in a diverse and global team-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Proven design and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on quality and engineering excellence.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in C++, WinRT, and WinUI.
• Experience in developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions for Windows users.
• Familiarity with identity platforms and modules related to sign-in and sign-up experiences, multi-factor authentication, and mechanisms to keep accounts secure.
• Ability to collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, UX Designers, AI/ML Scientists, and User Researchers.
• Capability to deliver features that leverage AI technologies in an integrated and seamless user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Use C++, WinRT, and WinUI to develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for Windows users.
• Work on the Identity platform in modules related to sign-in and sign-up experiences, multi-factor authentication, and mechanisms to keep accounts secure.
• Collaborate with a diverse and supportive group of Developers, Program Managers, UX Designers, AI/ML Scientists, and User Researchers.
• Deliver features that leverage AI technologies in an integrated and seamless user experience.
