Job Description:

PhonePe Off Campus 2023 is seeking candidates for the position of Social Media Advisor. As a Social Media Advisor, you will be responsible for interacting with customers on various social media platforms and providing assistance with PhonePe account and transaction-related queries. Your role will involve building customer trust, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Act with integrity & think customer-first in every interaction: Maintain a customer-centric approach and act with integrity in all customer interactions.
  2. Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction related queries: Respond to customer queries and provide support related to PhonePe accounts and transactions.
  3. Ability to flex between phone & data channels: Be proficient in handling customer queries through both phone and digital channels.
  4. Follow specified process guidelines to bring about resolution: Adhere to the specified process guidelines to effectively resolve customer issues.
  5. Build customer trust through their interaction: Establish a rapport with customers and build trust through effective communication and problem-solving.
  6. Ability to meet hourly & daily productivity goals: Meet productivity goals by efficiently managing customer interactions and resolving queries within specified timelines.
  7. Leverage internal processes and resources to drive resolution: Utilize internal processes and available resources to find solutions and address customer concerns.
  8. Escalate appropriately taking support from relevant teams to resolve customer issues: Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and seek their support for prompt resolution.
  9. Recommend process improvements: Identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance the customer support experience.
  10. Engage & Educate customers so they’re able to leverage PhonePe to the fullest: Engage with customers, educate them about PhonePe features and benefits, and help them maximize their usage.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Educational Qualification: Any Graduate from any stream.
  2. Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  3. Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written South Indian languages is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication: Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  2. Good learnability: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  3. Active listening and objection handling: Be an active listener and effectively address customer objections.
  4. Customer orientation: Display a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios.
  5. Team player: Collaborate well with team members, be open to feedback, and contribute to a positive team environment.
  6. Multitasking and time management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  7. Language proficiency: Should be able to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
