PwC Job Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong understanding and practical experience in various supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms. Examples include linear regressions, Bayesian regressions, multi-objective optimization techniques, classifiers, cluster analysis, and dimension reduction.
- Grasp techniques like Market Mix Modelling, Price Elasticity models, Sales Promo Uplift Modelling, and Vehicle Route Optimization.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of statistics, including statistical tests and distributions.
- Show experience in data analysis, encompassing data cleansing, standardization, and data preparation for machine learning applications.
- Be skilled in machine learning frameworks and tools such as scikit-learn, mlr, caret, H2O, TensorFlow, Pytorch, and MLlib.
- Have advanced-level programming proficiency in SQL or Python/Pyspark.
- Excel with visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and AWS QuickSight.
PwC Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from any field.
Preferred Skill:
- Develop and execute project and analysis plans under the guidance of a Project Manager.
- Interact with and advise consultants/clients in the US as a subject matter expert, aiding in formalizing data sources, acquiring datasets, and clarifying data and use case aspects to gain a solid grip on data and the business problem at hand.
- Lead and conduct analyses using advanced analytics tools, while mentoring junior team members.
- Establish quality control measures to ensure the integrity of deliverables.
- Validate analysis outcomes and recommendations with stakeholders, including the client team.
- Craft storylines and deliver presentations to the client team and/or PwC project leadership.
- Contribute to knowledge and firm-building activities.
