Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech/BS in Computer Science
• Total Years of Experience: 0 – 1
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming
• Strong proficiency in C++ 11 or above, with fair knowledge of the language specification
• Experience working in Linux/Unix systems
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms
• Familiarity with templating in C++
• Knowledge of the latest C++ standards
• Knowledge of Linux system programming, multithreading, and IPC
• Knowledge of Linux build systems, CMake, and shell scripting
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and Gerrit
• Familiarity with IBM Rational tools like DOORS, Synergy, Jazzccm/RTC
• Knowledge of design patterns and their usage, and tools like Visio

Roles & Responsibilities

• Development and enhancement of software applications in C++
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
• Implement performance and quality modules
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
