Job Responsibilities:

- Actively seeking opportunities for skill development in diverse roles within the Hydrocarbons industry.
- Developing a solid understanding of operations, maintenance, computer science, and new business initiatives.
- Learning to supervise and oversee contractors’ work.
- Learning efficient work planning for operating and maintaining plant and site facilities.
- Participating in significant refinery activities such as major projects, turnarounds, and safety initiatives.
- Attending Operations and Maintenance meetings to gain a thorough understanding of various stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities.
Education Requirement:
A first-class degree in the relevant Engineering discipline with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
Experience Requirement:
- Conducted seminars.
- Led or participated in projects.
- Proficient in in-depth discussions.

Skills & Competencies:
- Familiarity with Refining and Petrochemical processes.
- Knowledge of current technologies like SAP, Mobility, Sharepoint, Java, etc.
- Understanding of Sales and Product Management in Polymer, Rubber, and Textile businesses.
- Awareness of equipment concepts relevant to the respective discipline.
- Proficient in project planning and management.
