Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing robust governance support to Revolut India’s boards and committees, including agenda preparation, circulation of board and committee packs, and drafting minutes.
  • Ensuring alignment of processes across the Group for consistency and efficiency.
  • Drafting board and shareholder resolutions to facilitate corporate transactions, such as share issuance and transfer.
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of filings with regulators to uphold regulatory compliance.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Completion of the professional-level examination of ICSI.
  • Proficiency in Indian Company law.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
